Description

The purpose of this After Action Review is to reflect on the planning, coordination, and execution of Country Days. This review provides an opportunity to celebrate what went well, identify areas for improvement, and gather feedback from those involved to help make future parades even more successful. We appreciate the time, effort, and teamwork from volunteers, participants, sponsors, staff, and community partners who helped make the parade a memorable event for our community. Your feedback and insights are valuable as we continue to improve the experience for parade entries, volunteers, spectators, and organizers. Please share your thoughts on the overall experience, communication, logistics, safety, and any recommendations you have for future events.
