Join us for the Farmington Regional Chamber’s Third Annual Business Conference. This year’s conference features a dynamic lineup of keynote speakers including Missouri State Treasurer Vivek Malek sharing his personal leadership story, Shad Burner from Southeast Missouri Regional Economic Development with a presentation about projected workforce challenges in the next 4-6 years, and Lynette Watson, Director of the Missouri Small Business Development Center, giving you information about the business case for utilizing artificial intelligence/Ai.

With 12 breakout sessions designed for every level of business, there is something for everyone, from business owners and executives to emerging leaders and team members eager to grow. Sessions will cover a wide range of topics including human resources, marketing, workforce development, small business resources, networking, and practical tools you can put to work right away.
