FEES AND AWARDS
∙ $30.00 Non-Refundable Entry Fee per team (2-person teams) prior to September 21. Registration on
day of tournament will begin at 1:00 pm. The fee at this time will be $35 per team.
Non-refundable after September 21, 2018.
∙ Awards to 1st and 2nd place teams
TEAM COMPOSITION
∙ Teams can be any combination of male and female players (2 males, 2 females or 1 male and 1 female)
∙ # of teams will be determined by number of entries but will be limited to no more than 32 teams.
DATE & TIME
Tournament will be on Columbia & Jackson St (side of Farmington post office) Saturday, September 22nd during the Blues, Brews and BBQ Festival at 2:00 p.m.
SCORING
∙ Each bag on the box = 1 point
∙ Each bag in the hole = 3 points
∙ Any bags touching the ground or “bounced” onto the box do not count and are to be removed prior to the next bag being thrown by the opposing team.
∙ Total points for each team are calculated using only those points that were not canceled out.
Example: o Team 1 throws 1 bag in the hole and 3 bags land on the box for a total of 6 points;
o Team 2 throws 1 bag in the hole and 2 bags land on the box for a total of 5 points;
o Then Team 1 receives 1 point for that round
∙ The team who scores last will have the first throw of the next round.
∙ The 1st team to score 21 points or more will be declared the winner. A tie will require extra innings until a winner is decided.
No whitewashes permitted, all games go to 21 or more to win.
Scorekeepers will be provided.

I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury to participants in this program/activity, and I voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, damages, or loss, regardless of the program/ activity, that my minor child or I may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with or associated with this program/activity. I further agree to waive and relinquish all claims my minor child or I may have (or accrue to me or my child) as a result of participating in this program/activity at The City of Farmington, Farmington DDA Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce and Farmington Community Schools, including their officials, agents, affiliates, volunteers, employees, and sponsors.
