Seeds of Wisdom Women's Health Fair
14th Annual Seeds of Wisdom Women's Health Fair sponsored by Parkland Health Center, is free and open to women of all ages. Session titles include: "Do You Run Your Life or Does it Run You?" "Fit and Fabulous!" "Weight Management Tips" and "Supporting Our Caregivers" Attendees are asked to bring 2 cans of vegetables to be donated to the local food pantries.
