The Krekeler Jewelers Christmas Parade
The Krekeler Jeweler's Christmas Parade hosted by the Farmington Regional Chamber of Commerce will be held in downtown Farmington Tuesday, December 8, at 6 p.m. The theme of this year's event is "Festival of Trees". The parade will travel through the heart of beautiful downtown Farmington, beginning at Columbia and A Street, making its way east on Columbia, turning left at Henry St., traveling west on Liberty Street and completing its journey at Long Memorial Hall where Santa & Mrs.Claus will welcome everyone to Winter Wonderland where they will visit with the children of Farmington for the first time this holiday season. Winter Wonderland is located inside Long Hall and features one of the largest G-Scale train displays in the area. Children of all ages will fill with wonder and merriment at Santa's temporary home away from the North Pole.
"This magical parade provides the opportunity for families and friends to experience their first
taste of Christmas, along with the chance to visit Santa for the first time this year!" said Brittany Gladbach, member services and events coordinator at the Farmington Regional Chamber.
"We are grateful for the sponsor Krekeler Jewelers, as well as all the parade entries. Come enjoy a night of holly jolly Christmas spirit!"
If your business or organization is interested in participating in the parade, you will find the entry form and parade rules HERE.
