Beer Garden Discussion

Description

We are beginning preparations for Country Days 2027, and one of the areas we would like to start planning early is the setup and operation of the beer garden.

We would like to get the appropriate people together for a discussion to go over the details, responsibilities, and expectations for the beer garden. Some of the topics we would like to discuss include:

• Beer garden layout and location
• Setup and tear-down needs
• Staffing and volunteer responsibilities
• Hours of operation
• Beverage service and inventory
• Required permits, licensing, and compliance
• Security and age verification
• Tables, tents, fencing, lighting, and other equipment
• Coordination with the overall Country Days schedule
• Procedures for handling money and closing each night
• Any lessons learned or improvements from previous years

Our goal is to have a clear plan in place well ahead of the 2027 event so everyone involved understands their responsibilities and we can provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
