Heart & Soul Hospice was founded in 2005 and has been proudly serving families in Farmington, Madison County, Ste. Genevieve, Washington, Ironton, and surrounding communities for nearly two decades. As a faith-based, locally operated hospice, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, end-of-life care guided by Christian values. 

We provide care wherever a patient calls home, wether in a private residence, assisted living facility, nursing home, or residental care center, ensuring, comfort, dignity, and peace in familiar surroundings.

In addition to comprehensive hospice services, we proudly participate in the We Honor Veterans Program, recognizing and honoring those who have served our country. Through our One More Time Program, we help fulfill special wishes and create meaningful moments for our patients and their loved ones. We also offer berevement services to support families and community members coiping with loss, ensuring no one walks their grief journey alone.
