At Ozark Mountain Clinic in Farmington, patients are treated like family while receiving high-quality care.  Nurse Practitioner Michelle Allen leads a family-owned clinic that puts patients first.
We provide convenient care for most ages, with a focus on comfort, respect, and personalized treatment. Services include DOT, Workman’s Comp, and athletic physicals, along with in-house lab work.
We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Most major insurances are accepted, and self-pay options are available.
