Diabetes Self Management Class

Parkland Health Center's diabetes management classes are free and open to anyone in the community. The classes provide an overview of the different types of diabetes and the best methods to help manage blood sugar control. The importance of meal planning and carbohydrate-controlled diets are also reviewed.
