Food Safety Training for Temporary Events
Do you currently operate a concession stand or public BBQ for fundraising? Have you thought about having an event but worried about meeting the Health Department regulations? If so, we have something just for you!
A FREE training event is being offered by the St. Francois County Health Department and the Farmington Regional Chamber. The focus of the event is to provide organizations and individuals with the necessary information and training needed to successfully run a Temporary Food Service Location and adhere to the established Missouri Food Safety Guidelines to protect the public health.
The training will offer hands-on examples, handouts and step-by-step, easy to follow practices, directly from the staff of the St. Francois County Health Department. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and receive knowledgeable answers from the official people issuing permits for festivals, fundraisers, picnics, concession stands, bbq's, food competitions and more!
This training is FREE but space is limited. Sign up today and reserve your seat!
