The City of Farmington is now hiring a full-time Evening/Weekend Custodial Crew Leader at the Farmington Civic Center.

The Crew Leader will be responsible for the general cleanliness and safety of the entire Civic Center, Water Park, and First State Community Center facilities. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Typical duties include:

• General facility maintenance and cleaning.

• Site preparation for events and programs.

• Providing leadership and supervision for subordinate employees.

A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required. This position requires a minimum one-year experience in a supervisory maintenance/custodial or similar position or the equivalent skill set. Subject to both indoor and outdoor working environment including a variety of extreme weather conditions. A valid applicable Missouri Driver’s License is required. A Class E license may be required for assigned equipment.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with periodic increases up to $24.33 per hour. The City offers a highly competitive benefit package adding an additional value of approximately $6.85 per hour.
