Position Overview:

KnockTurn Labs is seeking a tech-savvy Sales Associate with experience in IT sales, SaaS, or managed services to join our MSP team in Farmington, MO. If you understand B2B technology solutions and know how to translate tech into value for clients, we want to hear from you. This role involves visiting prospective clients at their business locations, presenting our comprehensive suite of services, and building tailored support packages to meet their specific needs. Our clients range from small, family-owned shops to large-scale enterprises, and our goal is to provide our customers with the best IT experience that they’ve ever had.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and close new business for managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and support plans
• Build and maintain a pipeline through outbound efforts and client referrals
• Consult with businesses to assess their IT needs and recommend tailored service packages
• Work with our technical team to ensure successful onboarding and retention
• Track leads, opportunities, and performance in CRM
• Attend local networking events and client meetings

Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years in tech, MSP, SaaS, or IT sales
• Familiarity with managed IT services, cybersecurity, or cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure)
• Understanding of common SMB pain points around IT, security, and compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
• CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

· Base salary + commission ($40,000 - $100,000)
