Farmington, Missouri (February 10, 2026) – Farmington City Light & Water 

announces an important update regarding electronic billing and official 

correspondence.

Effective immediately, all City Light & Water e-bills will be sent from a new 

email address: noreply@erpmail.tylerapp.com. The new email address will 

also be used for citizen service requests and online employment application 

communications going forward. The change is due to updates with the 

current billing software. 

Customers are encouraged to add this address to their safe sender list and to 

check their junk or spam folders if they are expecting a bill or correspondence 

that has not been received.
