The department will be temporarily closing a small portion of Eastland Drive in 

Farmington, beginning on October 20, 2025.

The closure will allow the department to replace an existing culvert between 

Industrial Drive and Timberline Drive. The culverts are in place as part of the 

City’s stormwater system which aids in preventing flooding on streets during 

heavy downpours and large rain events.
